All product Exchanges & Online Store credit are welcomed after 7 days of purchase. Shipping labels for exchanges are free. Store credit will be issued via discount code or E Gift Card. 

We are 100% an independent business with a drop shipping partnership with TAP STITCH. Customer satisfaction is at the top of our priority list. 100% Customer satisfaction can be expensive but it’s worth the reward of happy, loyal customers. Full refunds are ruled on a case to case basis and will be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee which is a common practice in our tier of retailers.
