Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

 

Order processing for our T-Shirts & Hoodies will take 5-8 business days for production and quality checks another (5-7 days to deliver) 

This timeframe is due to PROLYFE CLOTHING having a drop shipping partnership with TAP STITCH. 

 

Order processing for our Shorts & Hats will take 1-2 business days for production and quality checks another (2-4 days to deliver)

 

 

Shipping Delivery

 

The following shipping methods are available USPS, UPS, FedEx ONTRAC or any shipping carrier company we may use. Shipping fee is a flat rate of 12$.  

 

International Shipping Delivery

 

We Currently Don’t Ship Internationally! Our apologies we are working on this. 

 

Shipping Policy

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.  Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a discount code or online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from prolyfeclothing.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.

 

Shipping is not available to PO Boxes. 

 

All items are shipped with signature tracking number and information, If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact the delivery carrier and inform the issue directly with them. PROLYFE CLOTHING does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
